Sweetie Candy Store, we want you to be delighted with your treats; however, due to the perishable nature of food products, we can only accept returns on non-edible merchandise or incorrect shipments. Please note that we cannot accept returns for candy that has melted during transit or items that have been opened.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any issues, including your order number and photos of the items.

Receive Authorization

Wait for our team to review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for qualified non-perishable returns.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

Processing and Refund

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
